Greg Berge has been a teacher, coach, and school administrator for 30 years. He currently serve as the High School Principal and Varsity Boys' Basketball Coach in Lake City, MN. Greg is a Sports Leadership Consultant and owner of GB1 Leadership LLC. Greg's 20 years in school administration has given him a unique and broad perspective on leadership, team development, and how teams and individuals are successful. His 19 years as a Varsity Basketball Coach and many other years as an assistant coach in multiple sports has given him great insight into what makes great teams.
